At Flight of Words, each copy of Babe & Eli Save Christmas is carefully prepared and signed by the author. We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
📘 Signed & Physical Books
Because signed books are personalized, all sales are final once shipped.
However, if your book arrives:

damaged, or

defective due to a printing or shipping issue,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

🎵 Digital Products (Music, Downloads)
All digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, due to the nature of digital content.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

signed or personalized copies (unless damaged/defective),

digital downloads, or

items marked as final sale.
💳 Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
